Dear client,

We regret to announce the untimely death of our beloved mother, Rosa Elva Lujan the founder of " Lujan's Notary".

She was well respected in the community where she built a large client base while exemplifying the values of integrity. 

After careful consideration we have made the adjustments to continue the business under the same name in order to continue serving her loyal clients. The notary and income tax preparation will continue with her eldest daughter Zaundra Martinez and son Alfred Lujan. We will also rely on the experience and support of David Romero who has been working in the firm for the past 15 years.

We sincerely thank you for the patronage you have extended to our mother in the past and hope that the same will continue to be extended in the future with us.

Después de una cuidadosa consideración, hemos hecho los ajustes para continuar con el negocio bajo el mismo nombre para continuar sirviendo a sus clientes leales. La preparación notarial y de declaración de renta continuará con su hija mayor Zaundra Martínez y su hijo Alfred Luján. También contaremos con la experiencia y apoyo de David Romero quien ha estado trabajando en la firma durante los últimos 15 años.
